"Inspiring! James is an excellent practitioner - loved the stories to back up theories and learning. He had a brilliant way of explaining things" (Feedback from Outstanding Early Years Teaching course)
James Nottingham, the director of Sustained Success, has a particular passion for the early years, having begun life as a teaching assistant in a school for deaf children, working with the “little ‘uns” (before the days of the “Foundation Stage”!) Martin Renton, senior consultant with Sustained Success, and our Associates Louise Brown, Pippa Lesley, Gordon Poad and Ragnhild Isachsen are also experienced early years’ teachers and foundation stage leaders.
